I build academic environments where research, people, technology and external partnerships reinforce one another.

My career spans engineering practice, university teaching, research leadership, department management, research-chair leadership and faculty administration. I currently serve as Assistant Dean for Industry Liaison, Special Projects and Work-Integrated Learning at Tshwane University of Technology, and as a Research Chair in Fourth Industrial Revolution Skills Development.

Previously, I led Computer Systems Engineering for nearly eight years, following earlier leadership in Electrical Engineering and faculty research. Across these roles, I have led curriculum modernization, accreditation, postgraduate development, faculty mentoring, research growth, laboratories and externally funded initiatives.
